AKA my velvet-curtain confessional of truth, chaos & comedy.

During the pandemic I started “Don’t Laugh, This Is My Life” as a way to tell funny stories amidst the chaotic backdrop of a shut down world. What began as simply talking to the camera as a coping mechanism turned into a therapeutic outlet of expression for my healing journey. Years later, I've turned it into a podcast. My intention is to weave together personal stories, improv, music, healing, interviews, spirituality, growth, struggles, and laughter all into small bite-sized episodes. I'll undoubtedly monologue too long through a raw, unfiltered & authentic lens of whoever I am in the moment.
